FLIRT WITH A FRENCH BLONDE
A delicious play of sweet and tart notes, the French Blonde is a cocktail that flirts with the senses. Try our version with authentic South African flavours – fynbos-inspired Inverroche gin and, of course, the popular Leopard’s Leap Chenin Blanc!
Ingredients
- 30 ml Inverroche gin
- 60 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chenin Blanc
- 60 ml grapefruit juice
- 15 ml elderflower cordial
- few dashes of bitters
Method
Shake all the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Strain into a martini glass and serve.
