It's a new year, and things are already in full swing at our new estate, Leopard's Leap Vineyards. 2012 is all about home cooks taking their culinary skills to the next level: The South African version of reality series Masterchef hits TV screens in March, people are increasingly growing their own vegetables and herbs, organic food and local produce is increasing in popularity and cookbooks are flying off shop shelves.
The Liam Tomlin Culinary Studio at our estate offers the best way to learn new skills and be inspired. Demonstration lunches, or Chef's Tables, combine food demonstrations with amazing meals paired with wines, while hands-on classes are a great way to immerse yourself in a specific ingredient or theme.
