A match made in heaven



Leopard's Leap's stand at this year's Wine Show Jo'burg was overwhelmingly voted as 'favourite stand' by visitors. One of the main attractions at our stand was our partnership with Lindt chocolate. Different Lindt chocolates, from rock salt and orange to chili and mint was paired with our wines, and it was a resounding success. 

Chocolate and wine pairing is all the rage both in South Africa and abroad, and although some purists frown at the idea, it is definitely a fun and different way to identify certain elements and notes in wine. US Food and Wine magazine provides tips on pairing here.

The tasting team at The Wine Show reviewed Leopard's Leap wines with their Lindt counterparts. You can read the reviews here.

We look forward to welcoming many chocoholic wine lovers at the 6th Annual Soweto Wine Festival in September, where the lovely ladies from Lindt will help to pair their chocolates with wine.
