Chef Cookout in Parys

This year we are the head sponsor of the Chef Cookout for Epilepsy South Africa in Parys, Free State. The event takes place on 2 July and involves local chefs competing for title of ‘Chef of the Year’ at the Vaal de Grace golf estate. All dishes will be served with Leopard’s Leap wines: Our 2012 Chenin Blanc with the starters created by the chefs, 2010 Merlot with the main course and Lookout 2012 Chenin Blanc Semi-Sweet with dessert.

Sarel ‘Van Sabie’, top-five contestant on Masterchef South Africa will be one of the judges at the cookout. The adventure camp owner has become a firm viewer favourite with his creative recipes.
