Leopard’s Leap at Karoo Festival in Graaff-Reinet

This weekend, 16 and 17 September, Leopard's Leap will be involved in the Karoo-Lus Festival, in the beautiful Karoo town of Graaff-Reinet.

Graaff-Reinet was the winner of the Kwêla and Rapport 'Dorp van die Jaar' competition in 2010.

The festival will take place in the town's botanical gardens and will be open to the public from 10am to 11pm every day.

Artists like Snotkop, Sarah Theron, Prime Circle,Robbie Wessels, Andriette, Theuns Jordaan, Brandon October, Dozi, Elvis Blue, Arno Jordaan, Willem Botha, Anton Goosen, Broers, Joe F and Viljoen Retief will perform.

The 'Karoo Kombuis' will serve 'kontreikos' – specialty dishes from the region- such as oxtail, offal, game pie and 'pap en wors'.

If you are in the region, be sure to come enjoy true Karoo hospitality and some Leopard's Leap wine.
