Leopard’s Leap does their bit for charity

Following its ongoing sponsorship of the Cape Leopard Trust, Leopard’s Leap Wines once again demonstrated its commitment to the greater good by becoming a sponsor of the CHOC (Childhood Cancer Foundation) annual golf day at Dainfern Country Club in Johannesburg on 24th April 2007.

, Leopard’s Leap does their bit for charityThe R100 000 that was raised on the day will be allocated to the 2007 project to assist clinicians in identifying and treating childhood cancer patients earlier than before, which will hopefully offer them a greater chance of recovery. South African Olympic swimmer, Ryk Neethling, was amongst the 100 guests who toasted the day, the success of the event and the continuous hard work of the organisation with premium-quality Leopard’s Leap Wine.

“We are proud of the fact that Leopard’s Leap is made by happy people and would like to try make others lives just as fulfilling. Our involvement in raising funds for CHOC is our way of helping suffering children towards the road to recovery. As a brand, we believe that we have a responsibility to give something back to South Africans who have always supported us in our international successes,” said award-winning winemaker, Eugene van Zyl.
