All dads who join us for lunch on Father’s Day on the 15th of June, will have a fun-filled opportunity to beef up their skills in the kitchen.
Chef Pieter will demonstrate the differences between sirloin, rump, rib-eye, fillet and T-bone steak and then share ideas for superb preparation. He will also demonstrate a versatile basting sauce that will complement a variety of meats, from beef and lamb to chicken and pork.
Each dad will receive a take-home jar of this delicious basting sauce to try on his own braai.
The demonstration starts at 12:00 and will end at 12:30 when families can enjoy a delicious Rotisserie lunch.
