Easter Eggs have never been taken to this level! Try our all grown up Easter Eggnog wine cocktail as a dessert or weekend treat, you will not regret it…
30 ml vanilla vodka
15 ml brandy
15 ml Amarula
30 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chenin Blanc
30 ml cream
30 ml shaved dark chocolate
marshmallow Easter egg
Grate or chop the chocolate and place into a small shallow bowl or rimmed plate. Melt at low heat in microwave. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in the chocolate, and chill to set.
Combine the vodka, brandy, Amarula, wine and cream in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into the chocolate-rimmed glass.
Grate additional chocolate curls over the top of the drink.
Top with a marshmallow Easter egg, cut open to reveal the “yolk.”
