Exotic Leopard’s Leap Valentine’s Day Cocktail



Be irresistible this Valentine’s Day and spoil your loved one with exotic Asian-inspired flavours enhanced by the ever-so-romantic Leopard’s Leap Methóde Cap Classique sparkling wine!

Ingredients

To make one cocktail

12.5 ml coconut rum (Malibu)

12.5 ml vodka

25 ml citrus syrup

1 tablespoon lemon-grass, chopped

5 basil leaves

50 ml Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Méthode Cap Classique Sparkling Wine

Method

Muddle the lemon-grass and basil leaves together.

Shake the rest of the ingredients and six ice-cubes in a cocktail shaker.

Mix well and pour into a chilled Martini glass.

Top up with Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Méthode Cap Classique.
