Fashionable fun

So whether you are inspired by the latest trends and fads or worried about our beautiful leopards, add some fun and fabulosity to your repertoire of winter drinks with the Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc Leopartini!

All you need:

Cocktail Ingredients

100 ml Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc

25 ml vodka

12,5 ml ginger syrup

50 ml berry juice

Blueberries for Garnish

Ginger syrup Ingredients

375 ml water

250 ml sugar

60 ml coarsely chopped, unpeeled fresh ginger

2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

½ teaspoon whole black peppercorns

Ginger syrup Method

In a small saucepan, combine the water, sugar, chopped ginger, freshly squeezed lemon juice and black peppercorns. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat and let simmer uncovered until sugar dissolves, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool. Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve and discard solids. Transfer syrup to a jar with a tight-fitting lid. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Cocktail Method – stirred, not shaken…

 Pour the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice-cubes.

Stir for 30 seconds.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnish with the blueberries.
