Kir Royale is a classic French cocktail combining Kir with Champagne. Easy as pie, but sophisticated and snazzy and just what you need to get into the festive spirit of the Bastille festival!
15 ml Crème de cassis
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Pour the Crème de cassis into a Champagne flute.
Top slowly with Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir (best to pour down the side of the glass for less intense foam).
Garnish with Maraschino cherries.
