After the decadence of our festive meals there are always some delicious leftover cold cults which when assembled in our take on the Club Sandwich, turns into a easy, hunger-busting and fabulous sandwich.
Replace the meat in the below recipe for whatever you have available, almost anything will work.
3 slices of bread
½ tbsp mayonnaise
½ dill cucumber, sliced
3 thin slices pork belly
½ tbsp sweet chilli sauce
½ tomato, thinly sliced
Some left-over chicken
½ tbsp chutney
Toast the slices of bread
Start your first layer: slice of bread/mayonnaise/salad leaves/sliced dill cucumber/pork belly/sweet chilli sauce
Now add another slice of bread followed by chutney/salad leaves/tomato/chicken/mayonnaise
Finish off with your final slice of bread.
