Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards – the perfect place for your next party, team-builder or corporate function

Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards with its state-of-the-art facilities and exceptional food-and-wine offering has become a favourite under those responsible for hosting and arranging team-builders, corporate functions and even private parties!

With delicious rotisserie and harvest table lunches, individual cooking stations for hands-on cooking classes, a demonstration kitchen, boardroom facilities and the novel food and wine pairing experience, the offering at Leopard’s Leap Family Vineyards can be tailored to suit the exact requirements for an innovative corporate event or teambuilding experience.

Various packages and menus are available and a dedicated food and wine team will cater to all your ideas and preferences. With six different areas available to suit the style of your event, organising a party with a difference or a special celebration has never been easier.

  • The Tasting Room with a large tasting counter that seats 28 people as well as an additional 4 tables to seat another 16 people. Air conditioned.
  • The Veranda opens up to a beautiful Franschhoek Valley view and leads out onto a stretched lawn and close-by vineyards. With modern couches and lower tables, the veranda creates a homely atmosphere and is perfect for a relaxed event. In winter, the area is closed with glass doors and heated with roof heaters, while the beautiful summer days sees the glass doors opening up and large ceiling fans lending a cool breeze.
  • The Culinary Area seats 58 guests comfortably around tables of various sizes. With a dedicated cooking station, TV screens and cameras, it is perfectly equipped for cooking demonstrations.
  • The Culinary Kitchen with its 24 individual cooking stations can accommodate the same number of guests for hands-on cooking classes with the theme depending on the occasion.
  • The Private Tasting Room that seats 20 guests, is designed for formal and educational wine-tastings. It is also used for the Culinaria Food and Wine Pairing.
  • The Board Room is ideal for meetings and accommodate 16 guests.

Function options differ from relaxed Rotisserie-style events, to hands-on cooking classes, cooking demonstrations, sit-down dinners and cocktail functions with canapés.

Quite a unique offering is using the individual cooking stations for different chefs to cook from, allowing guests into the kitchen to interact with the chefs, see how the food is prepared and dish up from the cooking stations.

Another new offering is the Culinaria Food-and-Wine Pairing: A pairing of the Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Collection – a range of wines specifically crafted to be exceptional partners to food – served with tasting samples of their ideal food matches, illustrating the beauty of well-matched food and wine

Menus are extensive and delicious and cater for an array of tastes and events. Designed around the existing offering of Rotisserie-style, Individual Cooking Stations, Three-course set menu or a wide selection of canapés, the food offering can be tailored to individual preference.

The choice of Leopard’s Leap wines available at cellar door pricing ranges from the fresh and fruity Lookout range, to the popular Classic Collection and the limited release Culinaria Collection. A lovely selection of wine-based cocktails are also available.
