Merlot Milkshake Recipe



Who said the Dom Pedro is no longer fashionable for dessert? If Shrimp Cocktail could make a comeback, so can Dom Pedro! Fashionably re-named to capture the playful and enjoyable essence of Leopard’s Leap Wine Cocktails our Merlot Milkshake is the perfect dessert option to dazzle guests.

Pop in to sip one of these heavenly dessert whilst enjoying the winelands setting from our stoep (R29) or get a bottle of Leopard’s Leap Merlot and spoil your dinner guests this weekend.

Leopard’s
Leap Merlot Milkshake

 Ingredients

150ml Leopard’s Leap Merlot

25 ml Cape Velvet Cream

25 ml Crème de Cassis

25 ml tinned black cherries pulped

70 ml vanilla ice-cream (or frozen yoghurt)

Method

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and beautifully pink.

Serve in a whisky glass with a playful straw.
