National Braai Day



Very little compares to the sheer enjoyment and unity of a South African braai. With it being such a uniquely national pastime, it is little wonder that this year will see the launch of National Braai Day. That’s right, the South African braai will have 24 September also known as Heritage Day dedicated to it.

Whether you are braaing traditional boerewors or a succulent steak, the unmistakable aroma is guaranteed to whet your appetite. The aim of National Braai Day is to unite South Africa to a common cause, being South African and braaing is one thing that all South Africans have in common.
