Friday, 21 October is Global Champagne Day and although only the special bubbles produced in France’s Champagne region are allowed to be called Champagne, our Culinaria Méthode Cap Classique is made using the same traditional technique as in France and the classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier offers all the flavours you expect: a zesty vibrance, lingering flavours of gooseberry and apple and the mouth-watering aroma of freshly-baked bread!
