Recipe: Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc Lime Milkshake



We can feel winter’s approach early in the morning and when the sun sets, but the days are still balmy and warm. Make the most of this charming in-between weather with seasonal citrus and our recipe for a refreshing wine shake to cool off the last of summer’s heat.

Recipe for the Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc Lime MilkShake

5 scoops Vanilla ice-cream
150 ml Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc
30 ml sugar
50 ml fresh lime-juice
A dash of green food colouring – we mean it, just a dash!

Combine all the ingredients and blend in a food processor until the desired thickness.

Pour into a glass of your choice.

Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges.

Serve with a paper straw and enjoy!
