1 cup vanilla ice-cream
3 Oreo biscuits, smashed up (Thank us for the therapy!)
60 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Cabernet Sauvignon
Generous drizzle chocolate syrup
Aaaand some more chocolate syrup, for the topping
Oreo’s, for garnish
Blend ice-cream, wine, Oreo pieces and that generous drizzle of chocolate syrup until it is thick and smooth.
Pour into your favourite glass.
Drizzle more chocolate syrup on top and decorate with Oreo’s cookies and crumbs.
