The starter … a mystery box, where you’ll receive ingredients to prepare your own delicacy for your partner, paired with your choice from a selection of Leopard’s Leap wines.
Then, the main course … a hands-on cooking class with guidance from Chef Pieter de Jager. You’ll learn how to prepare your own whole-roast Franschhoek salmon trout, served with sesame potatoes, cucumber and coriander salsa with a ginger-and-soy dressing – all in the delightful company of 2012 Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Chenin Blanc Grenache Blanc.
Dessert will be rich and decadent … chocolate fondant with pomegranate frozen yoghurt and fresh berries, exquisitely paired with 2011 Leopard’s Leap Family Collection Shiraz Mourvèdre Viognier.
