As a toast to a wonderful cold and wet winter – something the Cape Winelands were in dire need of – we’ve come up with a decadent little darling. It will charm the socks of your guests whether you serve it is a warming welcome, a daring dessert or a night cap.
Toasted S’mortini Cocktail Recipe
30 ml vanilla vodka
30 ml Milo granules
30 ml cream
30 ml Amarula
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
¼ cup crushed Tennis biscuits
1 roasted marshmallow
Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup. Coat in Tennis biscuit crumbs.
Combine vanilla vodka, Amarula, cream, wine and Milo granules in a shaker over ice.
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
