50 ml tequila blanco
25 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
25 ml simple syrup
Pour the tequila, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a glass of your choice.
Hold a spoon, backside up, at a 45 degrees angle closely over the surface and pour the Leopard’s Leap Merlot very slowly over the spoon until a wine layer of about 25 ml deep is formed on top of the margarita.
