Leopard Luxe Highball Mocktail Recipe
Leopard Luxe Highball Mocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
50 ml Leopard's Leap Natura White
20 ml Rooibos & Raspberry Syrup
25 ml Charred Lemon Juice
Top Up with Soda Water or Sparkling Water
Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Lemon Zest
Method: Shaken
Rooibos & Raspberry Syrup:
1x Rooibos teabag (Soft infusion, for a more rooibos forward flavor, add another tea bag)
100 g Fresh raspberries
500 ml Water
500 g Sugar
Combine water and sugar in a pot and bring to a gentle simmer.
Add raspberries and tea bag.
Let simmer on medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
Wait for mixture to cool.
Strain out the raspberries and tea bag.
Bottle and use as required.
Charred Lemon Juice
*Please Note: This step is optional, fresh lemon will suffice. BUT it will change your life ;)
Cut 5 to 6 lemons in halve.
Place a pan on medium-high heat.
Place lemons face down in a dry pan (no oil).
Cook until a nice charred layer forms.
Allow lemons to cool.
Squeeze/Juice as per normal.
Method:
Pour Natura, syrup and lemon juice into the glass.
Stir gently.
Add desired amount of ice.
Top up with soda or sparkling water.
Gently place your lemon zest on top.
