The Leopard’s Leap South African Table presents guests with the opportunity to taste authentic
South African dishes and to learn more about the food heritage while sharing a meal.

Please note that the Leopard’s Leap Rotisserie Restaurant and restaurant experiences will be closed for a Winter Break form 10 June 2024. We’ll be back - all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed - on 4 July 2024. Please note that the Wine Tasting Room and Shop will continue to operate as usual.

South Africa is a melting pot of cultures, all of which influence food traditions and styles of cooking. Join our passionate Chef and be introduced to the diversity of South African cuisine. Chef Christiaan Visser prepares the dishes, explains the history and shares the tales behind the three-course meal that follows – a true celebration of typical food styles, ingredients and wine from South Africa’s rich culinary tradition.

Joining our Chef at the generous table in the vibey Leopard’s Leap kitchen is an enthusiastic Wine Tasting Ambassador who introduces guests to the Leopard’s Leap wines and their unique South African attributes.

Pressed for time? Join us in the Wine Tasting Room for a South African Tasting presented by one of the passionate Wine Tasting Ambassadors. Enjoy examples of stalwart South African wines – Chenin Blanc and Pinotage in a variety of styles - and one of our most iconic dishes – the braaibroodjie!
