The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• assist Pastry Chef to create innovative desserts, pastries, and confectionary items according to established recipes and standards
• measure and prepare ingredients ensuring correct handling and storage of ingredients
• assist with inventory and stock management
• ensure cleanliness of pastry section by following strict hygiene regulations

Head of Reception

• oversee daily reception operations and manage the front desk

Requirements:

• assist in overseeing daily operations
• co-ordination of restaurant activities

• cashing up
