Blue Sea Margarita Wine Cocktail
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 cups ice
60ml Triple Sec
60ml Blue Curacao
45ml Tequila
60ml Leopard’s Leap Sauvignon Blanc
15ml lemon juice
Handful of fresh blueberries extra for garnish
½ lime peeled & extra for garnish
Sea salt for rimming the glasses
Method
Rub the rim of two margarita glasses with a lime wedge. Swirl the rims through a small pile of sea salt.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries and lime.
