Red Wine Margarita Wine Cocktail
Ingredients
45ml tequila30ml lime juice
30 ml simple syrup
Leopards Leap Shiraz, to top
Dehydrated lime slice, for garnish
Method
Combine tequila, lime juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Slowly pour the Shiraz on top over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice.
