Smoking Mimosa Recipe
Ingredients
120 ml Leopard’s Leap Cuvée Brut
60 ml pineapple juice, chilled
30 ml coconut milk
Garnish: Burnt rosemary, dried pineapple flower and a glass dome for serious smoke
Method
First make your dried pineapple flowers. Click here for instructions. If you don't have the patience, you can also use a plain pineapple triangle.
Fill the champagne coupe two thirds full with the Leopard's Leap Cuvée Brut.
Top up with pineapple juice leaving some space for the coconut milk.
Gently pour in the coconut milk to settle on top of the drink.
Garnish with burnt rosemary and pineapple flower or triangle.
For real drama, cover the cocktail and smoking rosemary with a glass dome and lift the dome when you serve. Smoking!
