| The Making of Natura: | Sourced from cool climates, the grapes for Natura products are harvested at the optimum ripeness to ensure the finest varietal characteristics. Production is gentle with the minimum intervention approach. Once the winemaker is satisfied with the quality, the alcohol is carefully removed through drum distillation under vacuum and at low temperatures - a process that preserves the product’s natural character and unique appeal. Natura Sparkling is bottled under pressure with just the perfect balance of carbon dioxide, creating a fine, elegant bubble for a refreshing sparkling experience. |
