Ingredients
250 g cream cheese
100 ml cream
45 ml soy sauce
150 g dried biltong, grated or powdered
desert salt to taste
Method
Place all the ingredients into the bowl of an electric mixer.
Beat until light and desired, with a spreadable consistency.
