Grown-up Lollies
Chenin Blanc Fruit Lollies
(makes 8 x 125ml lollies)
2 cups grape juice (you can also use other fresh juice e.g. apple, litchi, pear and grapefruit)
1 cup Leopard's Leap Chenin Blanc
2 cups fresh berries and fruit (e.g. slices of peach, nectarine, pineapple, strawberries, blueberries etc)
Arrange the fresh fruit in the ice lolly moulds.
Combine juice and wine and carefully pour into the trays.
For an interesting and colourful selection, choose different combinations of fruit, wine and juice.
Freeze until set.
