Chinese Pork & Noodle Stirfry

Chinese Pork & Noodle Stirfry

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 6 spring onions
  • 300g broccoli florets (cut into smaller pieces)
  • 500g packet of zucchini / baby marrow noodles
  • 450g lean pork strips
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms 
  • 180g jar stir-fry sauce (swicy = sweet and spicy, one of 2023's food trends!)
  • 300g beansprouts
  • roasted salted cashew nuts

Method

Heat oil and fry broccoli for 2 minutes.

Add pork strips and fry until the nicely browned. Add chopped onions, mushrooms and noodles and cook until al dente.

Add sauce and stir to coat. Finish with sprouts and allow time to soften.

Add cashew nuts.

Enjoy with a glass of Leopard's Leap Pinotage!
