Ingredients

To make one cocktail

  • 12.5 ml coconut rum (Malibu)
  • 12.5 ml vodka
  • 25 ml citrus syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-grass, chopped
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 50 ml Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Méthode Cap Classique Sparkling Wine

Method

Muddle the lemon-grass and basil leaves together.

Shake the rest of the ingredients and six ice-cubes in a cocktail shaker.
