EXOTIC LEOPARD’S LEAP VALENTINE’S DAY COCKTAIL

Ingredients
To make one cocktail
- 12.5 ml coconut rum (Malibu)
- 12.5 ml vodka
- 25 ml citrus syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon-grass, chopped
- 5 basil leaves
- 50 ml Leopard’s Leap Culinaria Méthode Cap Classique Sparkling Wine
Method
Muddle the lemon-grass and basil leaves together.
Shake the rest of the ingredients and six ice-cubes in a cocktail shaker.
Mix well and pour into a chilled Martini glass.
