Fizzy Fig Wine Cocktail
Ingredients for one cocktail
3 - 4 figs, quartered
2 tbsp brown sugar
30 ml lemon juice
30 ml gin
Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir
Method
Combine figs, brown sugar and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker or a large glass. Muddle well to release all the juice from the figs.
Strain the mixture well and pour into a coupe glass.
Top with Leopard’s Leap Sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir.
Decorate with a fig on a cocktail pick.
