For 2020, the annual Bastille festival is going virtual and while we will miss the crowds dressed in the colours of the drapeau français, we are excited about the opportunity to share our favourite French-inspired wines and dishes with the wider online audience.

France is the ultimate inspiration when it comes to wine styles and we love combining the elegance of French wine with the sunshine-induced fun and fruit of South African grapes. The wines in our Culinaria Collection are all based on typical French styles and true to the French love for all things culinary, they are exceptional partners to food!

For the 2020 Bastille Festival, you can order your pick of Leopard's Leap wines online. Any 6 bottles of Culinaria wines come with free national delivery and a complimentary Culinaria Recipe Booklet. Our Rotisserie Restaurant reopens for Bastille weekends with a French-inspired menu and the same deliciousness is available on our delivery menu. We also have some wonderful recipes for you to try at home - from sassy wine cocktails to French family favourites such as Coq au Vin and Tarte Tatin!

The Franschhoek Valley is also open for business within the Covid-19 regulations. Order online and drive to the beautiful valley to collect. 

What you can expect at Leopard's Leap from 1 - 11 July:

• Enjoy our fabulous French menu on our stoep, in the restaurant or on beautiful sunny winter days, outside: Friday - Sunday, 09:00 - 16:00 (for the Bastille weekends: 3 - 5 July and 10 - 12 July)
• Order our delicious French menu online and have it delivered (Paarl/Franschhoek) or collect from the estate: Wednesday to Saturday. Order before 12:00 for next day delivery / collection.
• Leopard's Leap wine, gifts, cookbooks and treats available from the Leopard's Leap Shop: Monday to Thursday for wine, 09:00 - 16:00 / Monday to Sunday for everything else.
• Order your favourite Leopard's Leap wines online for delivery or collection from the estate: Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 16:00.
