Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli with Lemon & Parmesan
Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli with Lemon & Parmesan
Grilled Tenderstem Broccoli with Lemon & Parmesan
Ingredients
500 g Tenderstem Broccoli
15 ml olive oil
salt and black pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan, grated
2 tsp. lemon zest
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml olive oil
Method
Use coals that are medium-hot.
Toss broccoli, olive oil, and salt and black pepper in a bowl.
Braai broccoli, turning occasionally, until charred, 3 to 5 minutes.
Transfer to a cutting board and coarsely chop broccoli.
Toss with Parmesan, lemon zest, lemon juice and olive oil in a generous salad bowl.
Enjoy as a refreshing side to your braai or on its own for a healthy lunch. Always serve with a glass of Leopard's Leap Sauvignon Blanc!
