Long gone are the days when we had to wait for a special occasion to open a bottle of bubbly. And thank goodness for that! Today, it is common practice to have a cold bottle ready and to rather than waiting for a reason, just pop that cork and create the celebration.
It is such a fun sentiment and if we could get our way, we would be popping corks and putting ourselves in a celebratory mood, morning, noon and night!
But....
Sometimes - even though we very much want to be part of the toast - we have to abstain from alcohol. Perhaps you are the designated driver, are not feeling well, on medication or perhaps you have committed to something like Dry January or Sober October.

Sourced from cool climates, the grapes were harvested at the optimum ripeness to ensure the finest varietal characteristics. Production is gentle with minimum intervention. Once the winemaker is satisfied with the quality, the alcohol is carefully removed through drum distillation under vacuum and at low temperatures - a process that preserves the product's natural character and unique appeal.
Natura Sparkling is bottled under pressure with just the perfect balance of carbon dioxide, creating a fine, elegant bubble for a refreshing sparkling experience - regardless of whether you are taking the wheel or not!
