ICE CREAM AND WINE – BE FOREVER MINE!
There is something so fun and charming about an Ice Cream Sandwich it is impossible to resist – exactly what you want on Valentine’s Day!
Try this very easy recipe (compliments to Fresh Living) and serve your delightful dessert with a glass of wine.
Cherry Ice Cream Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 tub good quality full cream vanilla ice cream
- Wafer biscuits / Digestive dark chocolate coated biscuits/brownie biscuits
- 1 punnet fresh cherries/berries of your choice for serving
Method
Scoop spoonfuls of ice cream and sandwich them between 2 biscuits.
Place in a plastic container and freeze until needed.
How easy is that?! And you can make it well in advance and have enough time to get yourself all beautiful for the date!
Serve with fresh fruit and a glass of your favourite Leopard’s Leap wine.
