We have recently introduced ten new wine-based cocktails, guaranteed to add extra pleasure to summer weekends and socialising!

Join us and unwind on the patio with its beautiful views of the Franschhoek Valley or lounge in the charming and contemporary tasting room while sipping on a beautifully garnished wine cocktail.

Each Friday will see the introduction of a different designer pair served for the weekend. Chardonnay stays ever so elegant in a Margarita, Shiraz charms in a Spicy Surprise and Chenin Blanc becomes a sophisticated Martini, to name but a few.

The cocktail lineup includes:

• Spicy Shiraz Surprise
• Cabernet Sauvignon Square
• Lookout Red Glühwein
• Lookout Semi-Sweet Digestif (or nightcap)
• Lookout White Zest

These tantalising wine cocktails will be available on Fridays and Saturdays from 09:00 – 17:00 and on Sundays between 11:00 and 17:00.

LOOKOUT Rosé Cosmopolitan

Ingredients

• 125 ml Leopard’s Leap Lookout Pinotage Rosé
• 25 ml Martini Rosso
• 50 ml cranberry juice
• 12,5 ml Crème de Cassis
• 12,5 ml Grenadine

Garnish

Strawberry slice.

Method

Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Serving

Use a Martini glass and treat your guests to an elegant sundowner!
