STAR LITE MOCKTAIL RECIPE
Star Lite
Ingredients
500 ml Barker and Quinn light tonic
500 ml Leopard’s Leap Natura De-Alcoholised Classic White
500 ml pear juice
sliced star fruit – garnish
Method
Combine all ingredients in a jug.
Put jug into fridge and allow to chill well.
Pour, dividing equally, into 8 chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with sliced star fruit.
