New York Sour Wine Cocktail
Ingredients
60ml Whiskey or bourbon
30ml lemon juice
30ml simple syrup
1 egg white
Leopard's Leap Merlot
Cherries, for garnish
Method
Combine whiskey, simple syrup, egg white and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and shake until frothy.
Strain into a glass.
Using the back of a spoon pour the merlot gently into the glass and garnish with cherries.
