Olé Easy Tiger Wine Cocktail Recipe
Olé Easy Tiger
Ingredients
60 ml Silver tequila (non-alcoholic alternative: John Ross The Mary Distilled Botanicals)
60 ml pomegranate juice
15 ml Cointreau (non-alcoholic alternative: Barker and Quin Honey Bush Orange Tonic)
15 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Shiraz (non-alcoholic alternative: Leopard’s Leap Natura Red
juice of 1 lime
Chili Lime Salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon coarse Kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Zest from 1 lime
2 lime slices

Method
For the chili lime salt, mix together the sugar, salt, chili powder and lime zest on a small plate. Run a wedge of lime around the top of two glasses and dip them in the salt blend; fill with crushed ice.
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice combine tequila, pomegranate juice, lime juice and Cointreau.
Shake vigorously until cocktail is well chilled.
Strain into prepared glass. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
