Plum Blossom Wine Cocktail

Ingredients

• 60 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Chardonnay Pinot Noir
• 30 ml sake
• 15 ml grapefruit juice
• 15 ml plum puree
• plum blossoms flower
• grapefruit peel for garnishing

Method

Pour ingredients over ice and shake vigorously.

Strain, and serve in a high glass.

Garnish with plum blossoms and grapefruit peel.
