Sabie in Mpumalanga is Rapport and Kwêla se Dorp van die Jaar vir 2012, which was sponsored by Leopard's Leap. Sabie gathered nearly 72,000 votes to emerge as the winner and was followed by Lady Grey in second place and Prins Albert in third. What was very encouraging was that there was nearly twice as many votes cast in the competition this year as compared to last year. The final results of the vote are:
