The Giggly Gooseberry Wine Cocktail

Ingredients for one cocktail

12-16 Gooseberries, halved

60ml Amaretto

60ml Simple syrup

Juice from one lemon

Leopard’s Leap Culinaria MCC

Method

Place the gooseberries and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker and muddle to release all the juices from the gooseberries.

Add the Amaretto and simple syrup and fill the shaker with ice.

Shake for 30 seconds.

Strain into two glasses and top with the Culinaria MCC.
