45 ml Leopard’s Leap Chenin Blanc 20 ml Vodka 15 ml Dry vermouth 10 ml Pear liqueur or Pear Eau De Vie 2.5-5ml Olive brine Green olives (for garnish) Lemon twist (optional garnish) Ice
Method
1. Chill a martini glass thoroughly before preparing the cocktail.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the Leopard’s Leap Chenin Blanc, vodka, dry vermouth, pear liqueur (or pear eau de vie) and olive brine to the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the cocktail is well chilled.
5. Double strain into the chilled martini glass to ensure a smooth, clean finish.
