Sparkling Affair
Ingredients
125 ml Leopard’s Leap Classic Sparkling
15 ml fresh grapefruit juice
15 ml sugar syrup
1 egg-white
Method
Pour the grapefruit juice, sugar syrup and egg white into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 10 - 15 seconds until the mixture is icy.
Using a strainer, pour into a coupe glass.
Top up with the Leopard's Leap Sparkling wine and decorate with edible flowers.
