White Christmas Sangria

Serves 8

Ingredients

3 limes

750 ml Classic Sauvignon Blanc, chilled

1/4 cup brandy

1/3 cup caster sugar

1 small Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced

125 g raspberries

3 cups ice cubes

2 cups chilled soda water

Method

Juice 2 limes and place lime juice, wine, brandy and sugar in a 1.5-litre jug. Stir until sugar dissolves.

Thinly slice remaining lime. Add lime slices, apple slices, raspberries and ice cubes to jug. Top up with soda water.

Serve and enjoy!
