Leopard’s Leap Cloud Dancer Martini Recipe

Ingredients

- Leopard's Leap Chescato (2 shots/50ml)
- Vodka (1 shot/25ml)
- Coconut Cream (2 shots/50ml)
- Simple syrup (2 shots/50ml


Method
1. Chill a coupe glass with a minimal silhouette – either by placing it in the freezer or by filling it with ice water for a few minutes. Arrange all ingredients and tools nearby: jigger, shaker, strainer, ice, and cotton candy.

 2. Measure and pour into your shaker the Chescato, vodka, coconut cream, and simple syrup. Close the shaker tightly and dry shake for 10-15 seconds. The purpose is to develop a velvety foam at the top, not to chill the liquid yet.

 3. Add a generous amount of ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. This chills the drink and further emulsifies the foam.

 4. When ready to pour, moisten the rim of the glass using a lime wedge – gently rub it along the outer edge. Lightly rim with white sugar, rotating the glass on a shallow plate to create a sparkly edge.

 5. Fine strain the cocktail into your chilled glass to ensure a silky texture and smooth foam top.

 6. Gently place the cotton candy “cloud” on a cocktail pick or small skewer and perch above the rim. The cotton candy will melt slowly into the drink, creating a dramatic visual effect.
