Mom-inspired food memories

Who doesn't have a favourite dish or recipe that their mom used to cook or make or bake? Whether your mom loved the kitchen or not, chances are there is something she used to serve you that brings you beautiful memories. And whether you still use her trusted recipes or perhaps just measure everything you eat against her version, memories of moms and food are part of our frame of reference.

With Mother's Day on 14 May, we've asked some foodies we admire to share one of their Mom's recipes that they love and that reminds them of their childhood or loving times with their mom.

Mom's recipes are not chef's recipes. They might not really have a wine pairing and they might be a bit old-fashioned, but they come with love and that really is the most important part of food!
