Pecan puff pastry tartlets with Natura Sparkling

Ingredients:
¼ Cup butter, melted
1 Cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
2 Eggs
1 Cup pecan nuts
1 Sheet puff pastry

Directions:
To a mixing bowl, add the butter, sugar, honey, vanilla essence and eggs. Whisk until well combined, then add the nuts and whisk through.

Use a glass to cut the pastry into rounds. Place the pastry rounds into a greased muffin pan, then fill each one with half a cup of the filling.

Place into the oven and bake at 180° C for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Serve with strawberries, whipped cream or ice cream, and enjoy with a glass of Natura Sparkling.
